All of the products we make are created using the most natural ingredients balanced with USFDA regulation standards. We never test on animals. That being said, our products are not vegan, we make no claims to such.
If you have known allergies to ingredients commonly used in soaps and candles such as (but not limited to); tree nuts such as coconut, legumes such as peanuts, synthetic colorants or fragrances, please do your own due diligence. All of our products are clearly labeled with the ingredients used in that product by order of most to least and include warnings where applicable. Always do a "patch test" on a small area of your skin before using any bath and body products. You agree that Ivy and Bat, it's owners, and it's employees are not to be held responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses that occur while using our website, apps, products or services.
By purchasing products from this site, you agree to the terms and policies set forth in the policies listed on this FAQ page and this T&C. No other warranties are expressed or implied.
Ivy and Bat is a privately held company, we do not offer franchise or affiliate networking at this time.

Terms for Subscription Services
Subscription Boxes are sent out on or after the 15th every other month beginning in January. If you subscribe during an "off month" you will be sent your first box on the next shipment date. For example, if you subscribe in January, you will recieve your first box in March as that is the next available shipment date. You will then be billed every other month beginning with May's box unless you cancel your subscription before the 20th of the interim month ( cancel by April 20th to avoid being billed for May's box). You cannot cancel your subscription after a shipment has been sent out. Any cancellations will be applied to the following shipment date. (If you cancel in May, you will still receive a box and be billed for May, you will not receive a box or bill for July.) Any attempted charge backs or attempts to open a case with PayPal if that is your method of payment, will result in a ban on future purchases. By subscribing to this service you agree that you have read these terms of service and that you agree to all conditions contained here in.
Shipping and Refund/Return Policy
We ship by USPS standard mail options anywhere in the USA and it's holdings. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Due to the nature of bespoke and limited edition products, cancellation requests can only be honored if they are made within the first 24 hours after purchase. Once the order has gone into fulfillment, no cancellations will be accepted. Any attempt at a charge back will result in legal action and a permanent ban from future purchases. We can only accept returns or issue refunds with return of the merchandise within 30 days of purchase date. Return postage must be paid by the buyer (and will of course be deducted from the cost of a replacement if such is required or refunded with the original purchase price if that is your choice). Returns will only be accepted due to damage or loss while in transit. Buyers remorse is not grounds for returns or refunds.
These policies are in place to discourage fraud and help keep costs down so that we can keep our prices down for you too. You agree to hold Ivy and Bat, its owners and employees indemnified and not responsible for any issues during shipping once the products leave our facilities. We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage incurred while your products are in the possession of the USPS.
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.
When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.
We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:
To provide and operate the Services;
To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;
To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;
To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;
To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.
