Due to the nature of our gothic soaps and handmade candles, along with our other bath and body products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on these types of products. *Please test all products for allergic reaction before standard use. Some people may be more sensitive to the natural and synthetic fragrance oils that we use than others. Ivy and Bat is not responsible for any damages caused by the use of any of our products.
Other merchandise including but not limited to; t-shirts,key chains, prints and posters, etc... there is a 30 day return/refund policy from the date of purchase. This policy only covers faulty products. It does not include;
Buyers remorse or dislike of product. We try to make our product descriptions as detailed as possible. Feel free to email us before you buy if you have any questions.
Longer than expected shipping. Once we ship a product, we have no control over how the shipping company handles your package. Everything that we send will have a tracking number (if it is available to your area). Refunds will only be considered if the tracking does not show as delivered within a reasonable amount of time.*This can be up to 8 weeks in some remote locations.

Terms for Subscription Services
Subscription Boxes are sent out on or after the 15th and may not arrive to you before the end of the subscription month based on where you live, especially in certain international domains, please allow up to 4-6 weeks due to Customs and your local postal carrier.
Auto renewal notices for all subscriptions will be sent the last week of your subscription month (i.e. by the end of July for renewal in August). You must cancel your subscription in writing via email by the 15th of the previous month to allow for processing time or you will be charged for the next subscription period.
We will only make 3 attempts to charge your listed payment method by the 10th of the renewal month. If a successful payment is not made by the 10th of the current month it will result in a suspension of your subscription and no box will be issued for that or future months.
No refunds will be issued once a box has been confirmed as shipped and/or delivered. Replacement shipments will only be issued in the event of lost or damaged products and only within 30 days of shipment date with photographic proof of damage.
Terms and Conditions
All of the products we make are created using the most natural ingredients balanced with USFDA regulation standards. We never test on animals and use vegan ingredients whenever possible. Some products may contain animal products such as tallow or lard, all products come with a clear ingredients list. Please read each product carefully before use. Because we use a combination of natural essential oils and synthetic compounds we ask that you please test on a small area (such as the wrist or elbow where the skin is thinnest) for allergic reaction before widespread use. We do use coconut oil and other nut oils!
