Shipping and Refund/Return Policy

We ship by USPS standard mail options anywhere in the USA and it's holdings. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Due to the nature of bespoke and print on demand products, cancellation requests can only be honored if they are made within the first 24 hours after purchase. Once the order has gone into fulfillment, no cancellations will be accepted.  Any attempt at a charge back will result in legal action and a permanent ban from future purchases.  We can only accept returns or issue refunds with return of the merchandise within 30 days of purchase date. Return postage must be paid by the buyer (and will of course be deducted from the cost of a replacement if such is required or refunded with the original purchase price if that is your choice). Returns will only be accepted due to damage or loss while in transit. Buyers remorse is not grounds for returns or refunds.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds will not be issued for any reason. 

These policies are in place to discourage fraud and help keep costs down so that we can keep our prices down for you too. You agree to hold Ivy and Bat LLC, its owners and employees indemnified and not responsible for any issues during shipping once the products leave ours or our production partners facilities. We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage incurred while your products are in the possession of the USPS.
